Personalized Georgia Properties (PCP) launched from twenty years of experience in New Home Construction on Long Island, New York under the name of Designer Custom Homes, Inc.  Personalized Georgia Properties was created from Designer Custom Homes with the same sense of urgency to create decent living conditions for depressed neighborhoods in our community.  PCP relocated to Atlanta Georgia with the same goal and desire in mind – refurbishing and creating quality Mobile Home renovations for Georgia communities.
